Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
  • 3/4 oz. bell pepper-infused Aperol
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple syrup (1:1 fresh pineapple juice to sugar)
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. Ancho Reyes Verde

Instructions

  1. Rinse a glass with Ancho Reyes Verde, discarding the excess, then fill with ice.
  2. Shake all of the remaining ingredients with ice.
  3. Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  4. Add the garnish.
