Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce beet juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce lavender-infused simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ounce kombucha

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except kombucha to a cocktail shaker with no ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds (dry shake).
  2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for another 10 to 15 seconds (wet shake).
  3. Add kombucha and stir.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass and serve up.
