Ingredients

  • 4 blackberries
  • 4-6 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or 1 teaspoon simple syrup)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 oz vodka (such as Tito's)
  • Ice
  • Seltzer (lime flavored or regular)
  • Mint and lime or lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the blackberries, mint, and sugar in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to muddle the ingredients together.
  3. Add the lime juice, vodka, and ice to the glass. Shake or stir well.
  4. Top off the drink with seltzer.
