Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup white rum
  • 15 oz cream of coconut
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 13.50 oz coconut milk
  • 0.50 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until well combined.
  3. Pour the coconut mixture into glass bottles and cover them.
  4. Refrigerate the bottles until the mixture is cold.
  5. Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to combine the ingredients.
  6. Pour the coquito into small serving glasses.
  7. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks if desired.
