Ingredients
- 0.50 cup white rum
- 15 oz cream of coconut
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 13.50 oz coconut milk
- 0.50 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
- Blend the mixture on high until well combined.
- Pour the coconut mixture into glass bottles and cover them.
- Refrigerate the bottles until the mixture is cold.
- Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to combine the ingredients.
- Pour the coquito into small serving glasses.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks if desired.
