Ingredients
- 3 oz evaporated milk
- 3.50 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3.75 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bottle or pitcher and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.
- Before serving, shake the coquito well.
- Serve in glasses with a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired.
