Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz gin, preferably Beefeater
  • 1 oz distilled water
  • 0.50 oz dry vermouth, preferably Dolin
  • 1 lemon twist or olive

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, distilled water, and vermouth in a mixing glass.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle using a funnel, then seal the bottle and store it in the freezer overnight.
  3. Once fully chilled, pour 4 ounces into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. If the drink appears slightly slushy, give the bottle a slight shake and let it sit for a minute before pouring.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.
