Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 oz Bacardi white rum

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the Bacardi white rum to the blender and blend again until incorporated.
  4. Pour the Coquito into a large glass jar and seal it with a lid.
  5. Chill the Coquito in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
