Ingredients
- 5 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp Triple Sec
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Cream of Coconut, tequila, ice, lime juice, Triple Sec, and 1 heaping tablespoon of toasted coconut.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and then press the rim into the remaining toasted coconut on a small plate.
