Ingredients

  • 5 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Triple Sec
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the Cream of Coconut, tequila, ice, lime juice, Triple Sec, and 1 heaping tablespoon of toasted coconut.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and then press the rim into the remaining toasted coconut on a small plate.
  4. Pour the Margarita mixture into the prepared glass.
