Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz dairy-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 1 oz coconut milk (regular, full fat)
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the dairy-free sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or large bowl and stir in the dark rum and milk beverage.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of the dairy-free coquito into a small cocktail glass and sprinkle with a small pinch of cinnamon, if desired.
