Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz dairy-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
  • 1 oz coconut milk (regular, full fat)
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the dairy-free sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or large bowl and stir in the dark rum and milk beverage.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
  4. Pour about 1/2 cup of the dairy-free coquito into a small cocktail glass and sprinkle with a small pinch of cinnamon, if desired.
