Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Chocolate-Washed Dark Rum
  • 0.50 oz Licor 43
  • 0.25 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Bently Heritage Hecate Cacao Liqueur)
  • 0.25 oz Half and Half

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker tin with ice.
  2. Pour in the chocolate-washed dark rum, Licor 43, chocolate liqueur, and half and half.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture.
  4. Use an orange wedge to wet the rim of a coupe glass, then rim the glass with a blend of cocoa powder and sugar.
  5. Double strain the cocktail into the prepared coupe glass or classic Martini glass.
