Ingredients

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1 oz espresso
- 3 oz pisco or grappa
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine the milk, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and star anise.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes or until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the espresso and continue heating for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat, stir in the pisco or grappa.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar and chill before serving.
