Ingredients

  • 5 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1/2 tbsp Blue Curacao
  • 1/3 cup Lemonade
  • Sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of the glass in honey and then coat it with shredded coconut. Allow it to dry.
  2. Pour the Blue Curacao into the glass.
  3. Add the lemonade until the glass is half full.
  4. Top off the glass with Champagne.
  5. Serve immediately.
