Ingredients
- 5 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
- 1/2 tbsp Blue Curacao
- 1/3 cup Lemonade
- Sugar
- 1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
- Honey
Instructions
- Dip the rim of the glass in honey and then coat it with shredded coconut. Allow it to dry.
- Pour the Blue Curacao into the glass.
- Add the lemonade until the glass is half full.
- Top off the glass with Champagne.
- Serve immediately.
