Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fino Sherry
  • 2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz rich sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water, 65.0degBrix)
  • 3 dashes of Orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Fino Sherry, Dry Vermouth, rich sugar syrup, and Orange bitters.
  3. Stir all ingredients gently.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
