Ingredients

  • 1 oz. apple brandy
  • 1 oz. blended scotch
  • 1/4 oz. ginger syrup (1:1)
  • 1 tsp. demerara syrup (2:1)
  • 4 dashes St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 grinds black pepper
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the apple brandy, blended scotch, ginger syrup, demerara syrup, allspice dram, and bitters.
  3. Stir the mixture until chilled.
