Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Cassis Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Cinnamon Bark Syrup
  • Crushed Ice
  • 1 Strawberry for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle two strawberries in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the white rum, cassis liqueur, and cinnamon bark syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill a tall glass 3/4 full with crushed ice.
  4. Shake all the ingredients with ice in the cocktail shaker.
  5. Strain the mixture into the glass.
  6. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
  7. Insert a long straw all the way to the bottom of the glass.
  8. Slice a strawberry halfway from tip to stem and slide it onto the edge of the glass.
