Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 6 oz. strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 2 tablespoons honey vanilla simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the honey vanilla syrup by combining honey, hot water, and vanilla extract in a mason jar, and shaking to combine. Store the syrup in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  2. If time allows, let the coffee cool slightly before making the latte.
  3. Stir together the coffee and two tablespoons of prepared simple syrup in a glass.
  4. Add ice to the glass, then pour in the whole milk.
