Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz White chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz Strawberry liqueur
  • 3 scoops Strawberry ice cream
  • Sugar
  • Straw

Instructions

  1. Rim the edge of a martini glass with coarse sugar.
  2. In an ice-filled shaker, combine vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and strawberry liqueur. Shake well.
  3. Place three scoops of strawberry ice cream in the martini glass and pour the mixed liqueurs over the top.
