Ingredients

  • 1/6 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 tsp Blue Curacao
  • 1/3 cup Lemonade
  • Sugar
  • 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of your glass in honey and then coat it with shredded coconut. Let it dry.
  2. Pour the Blue Curacao into the glass, dividing it evenly among the servings.
  3. Add the lemonade to each glass, filling them to about half full.
  4. Top off the glasses with Champagne and serve immediately.
