Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup liquid coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp homemade Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or 1/4 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 oz white rum
  • Optional: liquid Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk (uses coconut milk) or Keto Condensed Milk (uses cream) and set aside. The freshly made condensed milk will thicken upon refrigeration.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a blender or use an immersion blender: coconut milk, coconut cream, keto condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and white rum. Process until smooth and frothy. Add a few drops of stevia to taste, if desired.
  3. Pour into a glass and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until cold. Alternatively, serve with ice if immediate chilling is not possible.
  4. Enjoy or store in the fridge for up to 4 days. If the cocktail thickens in the fridge, gently reheat until melted and stir to combine.
