Ingredients
- 1/4 cup liquid coconut milk
- 2 tbsp homemade Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or 1/4 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 oz white rum
- Optional: liquid Stevia to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk (uses coconut milk) or Keto Condensed Milk (uses cream) and set aside. The freshly made condensed milk will thicken upon refrigeration.
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or use an immersion blender: coconut milk, coconut cream, keto condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and white rum. Process until smooth and frothy. Add a few drops of stevia to taste, if desired.
- Pour into a glass and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until cold. Alternatively, serve with ice if immediate chilling is not possible.
- Enjoy or store in the fridge for up to 4 days. If the cocktail thickens in the fridge, gently reheat until melted and stir to combine.
