Ingredients
- 1/4 cup liquid coconut milk
- 2 tbsp homemade Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 oz white rum
- Optional: liquid Stevia to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk and set aside.
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, keto condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and white rum. Process until smooth and frothy.
- Optionally, add a few drops of stevia for extra sweetness.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until cold. Alternatively, serve with ice if immediate consumption is desired.
