Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup liquid coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp homemade Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 oz white rum
  • Optional: liquid Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, keto condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and white rum. Process until smooth and frothy.
  3. Optionally, add a few drops of stevia for extra sweetness.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until cold. Alternatively, serve with ice if immediate consumption is desired.
