Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Square One botanical spirit
  • 1 ounce lavender honey syrup
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 large egg white
  • Lavender blossoms for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the botanical spirit, lavender honey syrup, heavy cream, and egg white, and shake vigorously without ice (dry-shake).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
