Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. gelatin leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Prosecco
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 3 tbsp limoncello
  • Edible gold glitter, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes or until soft, then squeeze the leaves and discard the water.
  2. In a bowl over a pan of boiling water, combine the limoncello, gelatin, and sugar, heating gently until dissolved. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the Prosecco to the mixture and pour into a jug.
  4. Slowly and carefully pour the jelly mixture into glasses until almost full, then refrigerate until set.
  5. Top with edible gold glitter before serving.
