Ingredients

  • 5 gelatin leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Prosecco
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 6 tablespoons limoncello
  • Edible gold glitter, for sprinkling

  1. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water and let them soften for about 5 minutes, then squeeze them and discard the water.
  2. Place the limoncello in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, add the gelatin and sugar, and heat gently until dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat, pour in the Prosecco, and stir the mixture together before pouring it into a jug.
  4. Carefully and slowly pour the jelly mixture into glasses until almost full, then refrigerate until set.
  5. When serving, top the jelly with a sprinkle of edible gold glitter for an elegant touch.
