Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.50 oz bourbon
  • 0.50 oz dark rum

Instructions

  1. Place Lucky Charms marshmallows in a bowl and pour milk over them, then refrigerate for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, combine Lucky Charms cereal (without marshmallows), sugar, and water. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Strain the syrup and set aside.
  3. Place a handful of Lucky Charms cereal (without marshmallows) in a plastic bag, seal, and crush the cereal. Pour the syrup onto a saucer.
  4. Dip the rim of a lowball glass in the syrup, then roll it in the crushed cereal.
  5. In a mixing tin, combine 2 oz marshmallow-infused milk, 0.5 oz cereal simple syrup, bourbon, and dark rum.
  6. Add ice, shake well, then strain into the prepared lowball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with marshmallows and enjoy!
