Ingredients
- 2 oz dry gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, Cointreau, or triple sec)
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Chilled soda water
Instructions
- Combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur, and egg white in a shaker.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to foam the egg white.
