Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 oz Crème de menthe
  • 1.50 oz Creme de cocoa
  • 0.50 oz whipped cream or vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • whipped cream
  • mint sprig
  • shaved chocolate

Instructions

  1. If desired, decorate the glass by dipping the rim into soft ice cream and then into grated chocolate.
  2. In a blender, combine the ice cream, crushed ice, Crème de menthe, Crème de cocoa, and vodka.
  3. Blend the mixture until completely smooth.
  4. Divide the blended mixture into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
