Ingredients

  • 2 oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Cocktail Cherry (for garnish)
  • 1 Lemon Slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a small cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake for 5-7 seconds.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake for another 5-7 seconds.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a rocks glass with ice using a Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer.
  4. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon slice.
