It's a refreshing blend of Bianco Vermouth, Suze, Calvados, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of grapefruit soda. A refreshing Palomaperitivo Twist with Bianco Vermouth, Suze, Calvados, and a splash of grapefruit soda.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz Bianco Vermouth (preferably Bordiga Vermouth Bianco)
- 3/4 oz Suze
- 3/4 oz Calvados (preferably Roger Groult 3)
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit (chilled)
Instructions
- Combine Bianco Vermouth, Suze, Calvados, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and a pinch of salt in a mixing tin filled with ice.
- Shake the mixture until chilled.
- Fine-strain the cocktail into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top the drink with chilled grapefruit soda.
