Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon toasted pecan halves, crushed
- 3/4 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- Ice
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 1 ounce maple-pecan liqueur
- 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Whipped cream and pecan halves for garnish
Instructions
- Spread crushed pecans on a small plate.
- Pour maple syrup onto another small plate.
- Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the maple syrup and then into the pecans to coat it. Repeat with another glass.
- Fill the glasses with ice, if desired, and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, maple-pecan liqueur, and cream.
