Raspberry Fizz Punch
A delightful and bubbly Raspberry Fizz Punch with the perfect blend of raspberries, schnapps, beer, and champagne.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Raspberry Schnapps, to taste
- 1/4 cup Raspberry Syrup
- 1/2 bottle (8 oz) Hefeweizen beer
- 1/4 cup cold Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- Ice cubes
- Optional:
- Fresh Raspberries and Mint Leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Thaw the frozen raspberries slightly and mix with powdered sugar in a large pitcher.
- Pour in the raspberry schnapps and raspberry syrup, then let it sit for 20 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Add the Hefeweizen beer and champagne/sparkling wine to the pitcher.
- Just before serving, add ice cubes.
