Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • Raspberry Schnapps, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/2 bottle (8 oz) Hefeweizen beer
  • 1/4 cup cold Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional:
  • Fresh Raspberries and Mint Leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen raspberries slightly and mix with powdered sugar in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the raspberry schnapps and raspberry syrup, then let it sit for 20 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Add the Hefeweizen beer and champagne/sparkling wine to the pitcher.
  4. Just before serving, add ice cubes.
  5. Optionally, garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
