Ingredients
- 1 drop Islay single malt Scotch
- 1/4 cup blended Scotch
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 6 oz ginger beer, chilled
Instructions
- Pour a drop of Islay single malt Scotch into a cool retro coupe glass and swirl to coat the glass. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with 5 or 6 ice cubes, then add the blended Scotch, lemon juice, and St. Germain elderflower liqueur.
- Shake for 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and top it off with chilled ginger beer.
