Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Tajín Clásico Seasoning
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 2 oz mezcal
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle Tajín seasoning on a small saucer.
  2. Cut a notch into a lime wedge and use it to moisten the rim of a glass.
  3. Roll the moistened rim in the Tajín seasoning to coat it.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Cointreau with ice.
  5. Shake the mixture for about 15 seconds or until well chilled.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
