Smoky Pineapple Mezcalrita
A smoky and spicy twist on the classic margarita with mezcal, pineapple juice, and a Tajín rim for an extra kick.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Tajín Clásico Seasoning
- 1 Lime wedge
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
Instructions
- Sprinkle Tajín seasoning on a small saucer.
- Cut a notch into a lime wedge and use it to moisten the rim of a glass.
- Roll the moistened rim in the Tajín seasoning to coat it.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Cointreau with ice.
- Shake the mixture for about 15 seconds or until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Serve and enjoy!
