Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. pisco
  • 1/2 oz. mezcal
  • 1 oz. orange cream syrup (made using Sunkist, sugar, and vanilla extract)
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. aquafaba (or 1 egg white)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine pisco, mezcal, orange cream syrup, fresh lemon juice, and aquafaba (or egg white).
  2. Dry shake the ingredients for 1 minute.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
