Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Pimm's No. 1
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1/4 oz. blackstrap rum
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. pineapple syrup
  • 2 muddled strawberry slices
  • Soda water
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Pimm's No. 1, Campari, blackstrap rum, lime juice, pineapple syrup, and muddled strawberry slices.
  3. Shake the ingredients to chill.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Top off with soda water.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Garnish as desired.
