Ingredients

  • 2 fresh strawberries (washed, sliced)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • Splash of club soda
  • Garnish: strawberry

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries, then place them in an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup to the glass with the strawberries, then muddle the ingredients until the strawberries are mashed.
  3. Pour the bourbon whiskey into the glass and fill it with ice, then stir well.
  4. Add a splash of club soda to the glass.
