Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Cherry Vodka
  • 1 oz Silver Tequila
  • 1 oz Fireball
  • 1 tbsp Grenadine
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Sanding Sugar
  • Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour the simple syrup onto one appetizer plate and the silver sanding sugar onto another plate.
  2. Dip the rim of a glass into the simple syrup and then into the sanding sugar to coat the rim. Set aside.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, filling it 3/4 of the way full.
  4. In a bar shaker, combine 3-4 pieces of ice, cherry vodka, silver tequila, Fireball, and grenadine. Shake well to mix.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  6. Top off the cocktail with pineapple juice.
