Ingredients

  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 2 oz Gekkeikan's Blueberry Sake
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz orgeat syrup

Instructions

  1. Lightly muddle two sprigs of mint in a shaker.
  2. Add Gekkeikan's Blueberry Sake, freshly squeezed lime juice, and orgeat syrup to the shaker.
  3. Add a handful of small or cracked ice cubes.
  4. Give the mixture a quick shake.
  5. Strain the contents into a glass and fill with crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig.
