- 1/2 tablespoon sugar, for rimming champagne flute
- 1 pineapple wedge
- 1/6 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 2 oz champagne
- Whipped topping and fresh pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Sprinkle sugar onto a shallow dish. Rim a champagne flute with a pineapple wedge and dip it in sugar. Set aside.
- In a tall glass, stir together pineapple juice and coconut milk until well combined.
