Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1.75 oz coconut milk (canned)
  • 0.75 oz cream of coconut
  • 1.50 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz water
  • Juice from 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Place a large ziplock bag into a large bowl to keep it open without spilling.
  2. Shake the can of coconut milk and pour 1.75 oz into the plastic bag. Add 1.5 oz white rum, 0.75 oz coconut cream, 1.5 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz water, and juice from 1/2 lime.
  3. Seal the bag and place it in the freezer. If laying flat, it will be ready in about 12 hours; if sitting upright, it will take a full 24 hours.
  4. Remove the bag and gently break up the ingredients inside, then pour them into any blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour directly into your glass and enjoy.
