Ingredients
- 1.50 oz white rum
- 1.75 oz coconut milk (canned)
- 0.75 oz cream of coconut
- 1.50 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz water
- Juice from 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Place a large ziplock bag into a large bowl to keep it open without spilling.
- Shake the can of coconut milk and pour 1.75 oz into the plastic bag. Add 1.5 oz white rum, 0.75 oz coconut cream, 1.5 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz water, and juice from 1/2 lime.
- Seal the bag and place it in the freezer. If laying flat, it will be ready in about 12 hours; if sitting upright, it will take a full 24 hours.
- Remove the bag and gently break up the ingredients inside, then pour them into any blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour directly into your glass and enjoy.
