  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2.50 oz frozen strawberries
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • pineapple slices and cherries for garnishing, optional

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix the coconut rum, white rum, and frozen strawberries until it forms a smooth puree.
  2. Clean the blender, then add pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the strawberry and rum mixture into a serving glass.
  4. Slowly pour the pineapple coconut mixture into the glass on top of the strawberry mixture.
