Ingredients
- 4 raspberries
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. silver rum
- 1 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. crème de violette
- 1/4 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white (pasteurized if you like)
- 1/2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 oz. dry sparkling wine
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the raspberries with the simple syrup.
- Add the silver rum, gin, crème de violette, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, fresh lemon juice, egg white, and heavy cream to the shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Double strain the mixture into a glass.
- Top the cocktail with dry sparkling wine.
