A captivating twist on the Whiskey Sour, the Voodoo Sour is a harmonious blend of bourbon, ginger, lemon, and a hint of rum and St-Germain, perfect for pairing with your favorite meals.
Ingredients
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1/4 oz ginger syrup (1:1, ginger juice:turbinado sugar)
- 1/4 oz honey syrup (1:1, clover honey:water)
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz St-Germain
- 1/2 oz Trinidadian rum
- 1 oz bourbon, preferably Elijah Craig 12-year
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake the mixture with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into a double rocks glass over ice.
