Ingredients
- 8 oz watermelon chunks
- Juice of 1 1/4 lemons
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 6 oz ice cold water
- 1 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into one or two-inch chunks and place them on a lined sheet pan.
- Freeze the watermelon for at least 30 minutes.
- Juice the lemons and remove the mint leaves from the stems.
- In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon chunks, lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, ice cold water, and sugar.
- Pulse until smooth and uniform, creating a thick and frosty mixture resembling a slushy.
